The MetaCart Free eCommerce Shopping Cart System is a "freeware program" designed for small businesses and is provided without charge to the user.

If you haven't already done so, please read "About MetaCart" for more information about the application before downloading.

The download package is in a zipped file which you should save to a directory on your computer's hard drive. The package, when unzipped, includes a README.txt file with additional instructions and some legal stuff, a Microsoft Access database file, an images folder, a global.asa file, and several files with .asp and .inc extensions. The application's main entry page is named "default.asp."
